(1) Store Managers

• Managinging and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
• Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control
• Aanalyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits
• Handle staff issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as providing or organizing training and development
• Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met
• Resolve health and safety, legal and security issues
• Responding to customer complaints and comments

Requirement:

• Degree from recognized Univeruty
• Over 5 years expenence in retail
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Good at MS Office, e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel end PowerPoint
• Strong proven leadership, cemmunication and interpersonal skills
• Proven startup business ability

(2) Store Supervisors.

• Assist Store Managers to supervise and lead a team of sales members to maintain a high standard of customer service and achieve sales goal
• Manage day-to-day shop operations and sales activities to ensure smooth operation on sales floor
• Manage merchandise, inventorç staff roster, store security cash control, etc

Requirement:

• Diploma from recognized Institute
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in frontline retail operations with at least 1 year in supervisory level
• Good command of both written & spoken English
• Knowledge in computer and Microsoft Word & Excel
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess leadership skill
• Good team player
• Confident responsible, proactive & pleasant personality

3) Retail Associates (Full Time & Part Time)
Responsible for daily shop operations including sales, merchandise display, cashier, customer service, etc
Reqrnfl
• O’ Level & above
• 1-2 years relevant experience in frontline retail operations
• Good comitiand of spoken English
• Knowledge n computer
• Excellent customer service, communication and presentation skills
• Good team player, willing to learn
• Responsible, proactive, polite & pleasant personality
