position as HEAD OF MARKETING

Responsibilities:
• Capable to steer the overall functions of Marketing Department with shared objectives which aims to identify, anticipate and satisfy customer requirements profitably by meeting needs and providing benefits
• To develop and enhance marketing activities within the bank are centralized to promote consistency
• Responsible to oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional activities.
• Responsible to establish marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
• Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data and implement marketing plan changes as needed.

Eligibility requirements:
• A Minimum Degree Holder in Marketing or related fields,
• Must have at least 6-8 years of working experience
• Pro-active, responsible and results orientated
• Leadership qualitywith a flexible attitude, with a positive and enthusiastic approach to work
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Must be knowledgeable in banking operations and have practical experience in marketing activities
• Ability to communicate and interact across different organisational levels and functions
• Knowledge of Islamic Banking concepts/ application would be an added advantage
