Basic Qualifications:

• Have the qualifications of at least a National Diploma or equivalent in the field of Building Construction or Construction Management or related.
• Has extensive knowledge in the fields of building construction and assessment / progress reports of both physical and financial matters.
• Work experience with extensive technical work related specifically building management is an advantage.
• Able to speak and write in good Malay and English.
• Have a valid driving license.
• Skilled in the use of computers and computer applications, particularly in helping making the technical work and related.
